摘要
本文回顾了1例因心衰病导致胃肠道瘀血引起腹胀的患者的临床资料，总结应用中药热奄包联合穴位贴敷治疗的效果分析和护理经验。在护理评估的基础上，给予患者中药热奄包及穴位贴敷治疗，能有效改善患者腹胀症状。
Abstract
This article reviewed the clinical data of a patient with abdominal distension caused by blood stasis of gastrointestinal tract due to heart failure， and summarized the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） hot bag combined with acupoint application and related nursing measures. On the basis of nursing evaluation， TCM hot election bag and acupoint application treatment were carried out jointly to relieve the symptoms of abdominal distension.
