摘要

本文总结1例肱骨骨折快速康复患者的护理经验。基于“以通为用”理论，使用刮痧联合井穴放血疗法快速缓解1例因骨折后气滞血瘀引起的呕吐、腹痛及腹胀症状，为手法复位围手术期做好准备，缩短患者治疗时间，减轻患者痛苦和经济负担，护理效果显著。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with rapid recovery of humeral fracture. Based on the theory of "using communication as an application"， the combination of scraping therapy and well point bloodletting therapy was used to quickly alleviate the symptoms of vomiting， abdominal pain， and bloating caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis after fracture in one case， preparing for the perioperative period of manual reduction， shortening the patient's treatment time， reducing the patient's pain and economic burden， and achieving significant nursing effects.
