摘要

本文总结1例缺血性中风后失眠患者的护理经验。基于耳经络的知识理论，根据患者疾病不同时期进行针对性护理，改善患者中风后失眠的症状，以提高患者的睡眠质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with insomnia after ischemic stroke. Based on the knowledge theory of ear meridians， targeted care is provided for patients at different stages of their illness to improve their symptoms of insomnia after stroke and enhance their sleep quality.
