摘要
本案例报告探讨1例左膝退行性骨关节病患者的中医护理实践。针对常规治疗效果不佳的情况，护理团队结合局部热敷、针灸推拿及膳食调理等中医护理措施，并根据患者具体情况制定个性化护理计划。护理过程中，围绕舒筋活血、温经散寒等进行干预，逐步改善患者的疼痛和关节功能。护理后，患者疼痛评分显著下降，关节活动度提高，自理能力恢复。表明中医综合护理在缓解慢性膝关节疼痛和改善功能方面具有显著效果，为类似病例的临床护理提供宝贵经验和实践参考。
Abstract
This case report discusses the TCM nursing practice of a patient with left knee degenerative osteoarthritis. In view of the poor effect of conventional treatment， the nursing team combined with local hot compress， acupuncture and massage， dietary conditioning and other traditional Chinese medicine nursing measures， and formulated a personalized nursing plan according to the specific situation of patients. In the process of nursing， intervention should be carried out around relaxing tendons and activating blood circulation， warming meridians and dispersing cold， and gradually improve patients' pain and joint function. After nursing， the patient's pain score decreased significantly， joint mobility improved， and self-care ability recovered. It shows that TCM Comprehensive nursing has significant effect in relieving chronic knee pain and improving function， and provides valuable experience and practical reference for clinical nursing of similar cases.
