摘要

本文总结1例腰椎间盘突出症并发良性阵发性位置性眩晕（耳石症）患者基于“治未病”理论的预见性护理经验。在中医“治未病”思想指导下，针对患者高龄、基础疾病多及腰椎病变伴眩晕的特点，构建“未病先防、既病防变、瘥后防复”的三级护理体系，通过风险预判、辨证施护与中西医结合干预及康复指导，有效缓解患者腰痛、肢体麻木及眩晕症状，降低并发症风险，提高生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the preventive nursing approach for an elderly patient with lumbar disc herniation complicated by benign paroxysmal positional vertigo （BPPV）， guided by the Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） theory of "preventive treatment of disease." Addressing the patient's advanced age， multiple comorbidities， and combined spinal-vestibular symptoms， a three-tiered nursing framework was established： preventing disease onset， halting progression， and avoiding recurrence. Through risk prediction， syndrome differentiation-based interventions， integrated TCM-Western Medicine therapies， and rehabilitation guidance， the patient's low back pain， limb numbness， and vertigo were effectively alleviated， with reduced complication risks and improved quality of life.
