摘要

本文总结1例葫芦灸干预气滞血瘀型腰痹合并慢性肾炎、高血压患者的护理体会。首先对患者开展中医护理评估，明确中医护理诊断，再依据诊断制定中医护理计划，最终实施情志护理、辨证起居、辨证施膳及葫芦灸等护理措施。经干预后，患者的疼痛、夜寐欠安、血尿及蛋白尿等临床症状均得到明显缓解。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of calabash moxibustion intervention in a patient with lumbar impediment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type complicated by chronic nephritis and hypertension. Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing assessment was first conducted to clarify the TCM nursing diagnosis， followed by the formulation of a TCM nursing plan based on the diagnosis. Finally， nursing measures such as emotional care， syndrome-differentiated daily routine， syndrome-differentiated diet， and calabash moxibustion were implemented. After the intervention， the patient’s clinical symptoms—including pain， poor sleep， hematuria， and proteinuria—were significantly alleviated.
