摘要

目的

总结基于健脾和胃理论，运用隔药饼灸联合耳穴压豆治疗脾胃虚弱型妊娠恶阻的护理经验。

方法

在辨证施护原则指导下，采用隔药饼灸（取穴中脘、内关及足三里）联合耳穴压豆（取穴神门、脾、胃、肝、肾、食道、贲门及膈）进行干预。

结果

治疗3 d后，患者恶心呕吐症状明显缓解，食入即吐症状消失，食欲恢复；舌象由舌淡、苔白腻、边有齿痕转为舌淡红、苔薄白；PUQE评分由15分降至3分；焦虑情绪缓解，住院5 d后出院。

结论

该联合疗法可有效缓解恶心呕吐症状，改善患者营养状态及情绪，且操作简便，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective

To summarize the nursing experience of treating spleen-stomach deficiency type hyperemesis gravidarum using medicinal cake-separated moxibustion combined with auricular acupressure based on the theory of strengthening the spleen and harmonizing the stomach.

Methods

Guided by the principle of syndrome differentiation and nursing， interventions included medicinal cake-separated moxibustion （applied at acupoints Zhongwan， Neiguan， and Zusanli） combined with auricular acupressure （targeting Shenmen， Spleen， Stomach， Liver， Kidney， Esophagus， Cardia， and Diaphragm points）.

Results

After 3 days of treatment， the patient’s nausea and vomiting symptoms significantly improved， with cessation of immediate postprandial vomiting and restored appetite. The tongue presentation shifted from pale with white greasy coating and tooth marks to pale-red with thin white coating. The PUQE （Pregnancy-Unique Quantification of Emesis） score decreased from 15 to 3. Anxiety was alleviated， and the patient was discharged after 5 days of hospitalization.

Conclusion

This combined therapy effectively relieves nausea and vomiting， improves nutritional status and emotional well-being， and is clinically practical for widespread adoption.
