摘要

本文总结1例五行罐治疗脾肾亏虚型失眠乳腺癌患者的护理经验。基于中医辨证施护原则，给予五行罐治疗，配合情志护理、生活起居护理及健康宣教等措施，有效改善患者的失眠症状，提高生活质量。该方法操作简便、成本低廉、无不良反应，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a breast cancer patient with spleen-kidney deficiency type insomnia treated with five-element cupping therapy. Based on the principles of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing， interventions including five-element cupping， emotional care， lifestyle guidance， and health education were implemented， effectively improving the patient's insomnia symptoms and enhancing quality of life. This method is simple to perform， cost-effective， and free of adverse effects， demonstrating significant clinical applicability.
