本文以1例6岁咳嗽患儿为护理教学案例,应用认知学徒制教学模式,深度融合中医护理理论与临床实践,引导学员全程参与患儿护理工作,覆盖护理评估、辨证施护、护理操作及效果评价全流程,向学员传递带教老师的临床经验、护理实操技能及案例总结思维。结果表明,该教学模式可提升学员中医护理技术的临床实践能力,强化中医护理知识掌握程度,培养中医护理临床思维,为儿科中医护理临床带教提供参考。
This study employed the cognitive apprenticeship teaching model in a nursing education case involving a 6-year-old child with cough. By deeply integrating TCM nursing theory with clinical practice, the model guided trainees to participate holistically in the patient care process, covering nursing assessment, syndrome-differentiated care, nursing procedures, and outcome evaluation. It effectively transmitted the instructor’s clinical experience, practical nursing skills, and case-summarizing mindset to trainees. The results demonstrated that this teaching model enhanced trainees’ clinical competency in TCM nursing techniques, strengthened their mastery of TCM nursing knowledge, and cultivated clinical reasoning in TCM nursing, providing a reference for pediatric TCM nursing education.
