摘要

本文报道1例合并多种躯体疾病的双相情感障碍患者，该患者在利培酮治疗过程中出现双侧手部震颤症状。针对这一情况，医护团队为其实施中西医结合的综合性护理干预。干预方案以西医药物剂量调整、全程安全监护为基础，联合中医推拿、艾灸调理与情志调护，同时配合康复功能锻炼及工娱治疗。经系统化护理干预后，患者双侧手部震颤症状显著改善，日常生活自理能力明显提升，护理期间未发生相关不良事件。本病例可为临床中利培酮所致肢体震颤的中西医结合护理提供实践参考。

Abstract

This article presents a case of a bipolar disorder patient with multiple somatic comorbidities who developed bilateral hand tremor during risperidone treatment. The multidisciplinary team implemented integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine （TCM-WM） nursing interventions， including dose adjustment of antipsychotics and continuous safety monitoring （Western approach）， combined with TCM massage， moxibustion therapy， emotional regulation， as well as rehabilitation exercises and occupational-recreational therapy. After systematic interventions， the patient's hand tremor significantly improved， with enhanced daily living capacity and no adverse events during nursing. This case offers practical insights for managing risperidone-induced extrapyramidal symptoms through TCM-WM integrated care.
