摘要

本文总结1例老年肺炎合并腰椎间盘突出伴神经根病患者的中西医结合护理经验。患者以咳嗽咳痰、腰腿痛为主要临床表现，在精准病情评估及西医常规护理干预基础上，通过辨证施护，采用中药溻渍联合红外线照射治疗腰痛，同时配合疼痛管理、功能锻炼、饮食指导及情志护理等综合措施，最终患者咳嗽咳痰症状缓解，腰腿部疼痛及神经根受压症状显著改善。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing experience for an elderly patient with pneumonia complicated by lumbar disc herniation and radiculopathy. The patient presented with cough and sputum production as well as lower back and leg pain as the predominant clinical manifestations. On the basis of precise condition assessment and routine Western medicine nursing interventions， a syndrome differentiation–guided approach was adopted， employing Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） wet dressing combined with infrared radiation therapy to alleviate low back pain. This was complemented by comprehensive measures including pain management， functional exercise， dietary guidance， and emotional nursing. Consequently， the patient's cough and sputum symptoms were relieved， and the lower back and leg pain as well as the nerve root compression symptoms improved significantly.
