摘要

总结1例老年胃痞病（脾虚气滞证）患者采用中药涂擦联合砭石疗法的中西医结合护理实践。运用中医胃脘胀满症状评分量表、老年便秘症状评分量表及老年食欲减退评分量表进行量化评价，实施规范中医外治操作、饮食护理、安全护理及基础疾病管理。干预2 d后患者症状明显缓解，1周后基本恢复正常。提示中药涂擦联合砭石疗法可有效改善老年脾虚气滞型胃肠功能紊乱，该疗法操作简便、患者依从性高，适用于老年多病共存患者，值得在中西医结合护理领域推广。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine （TCM-WM） applied to an elderly patient with gastric distension disorder diagnosed with the syndrome of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation， who received Chinese herbal application combined with Bian stone therapy. Quantitative assessments were performed using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Epigastric Fullness Symptom Rating Scale， the Elderly Constipation Symptom Rating Scale， and the Elderly Anorexia Rating Scale. Standardized TCM external treatment procedures， dietary nursing， safety nursing， and management of underlying diseases were implemented throughout the intervention. The patient's symptoms were significantly alleviated after 2 days of intervention， and basically returned to normal after 1 week. The findings suggest that Chinese herbal application combined with Bian stone therapy can effectively improve gastrointestinal dysfunction in elderly patients with the syndrome of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation. This combined therapy is characterized by simple operation and high patient compliance， making it particularly suitable for elderly patients with multiple comorbidities， and therefore worthy of broader promotion in the field of integrated TCM-WM nursing.
