摘要

本案例报告1例因摔伤致腰1爆裂性骨折伴神经损伤、合并神经源性膀胱尿潴留的患者，采用子午流注择时选取膀胱经、肾经穴位行盒子灸，联合间歇性导尿等综合康复护理干预。经过67 d的治疗及护理，患者成功恢复排尿功能，自主排尿量达350～450 mL/次，残余尿量<100 mL。本案例提示择时盒子灸联合间歇性导尿在神经源性膀胱管理中具有潜在应用价值。

Abstract

This case report describes one patient who developed neurogenic bladder with urinary retention secondary to an L1 burst fracture accompanied by nerve injury caused by a fall. The patient received box moxibustion applied to acupoints of the bladder meridian and kidney meridian selected according to the time-selection principles of midnight-noon ebb-flow （Ziwu Liuzhu）， in combination with intermittent catheterization and other comprehensive rehabilitative nursing interventions. After 67 days of treatment and nursing care， the patient successfully restored bladder voiding function， with voluntary urination volumes reaching 350–450 mL per void and post-void residual urine volume of less than 100 mL. This case suggests that time-selected box moxibustion combined with intermittent catheterization holds potential application value in the management of neurogenic bladder.
