摘要

本文选取1例气阴两虚、痰瘀互结证胸痹心痛病患者作为研究对象，基于中医整体辨证理念开展系统化护理干预。在常规西医基础治疗与基础护理之上，联合应用中药热奄包、水罐两种中医特色外治适宜技术，同时配合精准的病情监测、起居调护、饮食干预及情志疏导等综合护理措施。经全程干预后，患者胸闷胸痛、心悸不适等核心症状显著缓解，生活质量得到明显提升，治疗护理效果确切。

Abstract

This study focuses on a patient with chest obstruction and cardiodynia （pattern of qi-yin deficiency with intermingled phlegm and blood stasis）. Based on the holistic concept of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation， a systematic nursing intervention was implemented. On the basis of routine Western medical treatment and standard nursing care， two characteristic TCM external therapies， namely Chinese herbal hot compress and hydro-cupping， were jointly applied， complemented by comprehensive nursing measures including precise condition monitoring， lifestyle regulation， dietary intervention， and emotional guidance. Following the full course of intervention， the patient's core symptoms， including chest tightness， chest pain， and palpitations， were significantly alleviated， with marked improvement in quality of life， confirming the therapeutic efficacy of the integrated nursing regimen.
