摘要

本文总结1例基于郁仁存“内虚学说”理论应用耳穴综合疗法治疗肝郁脾虚、痰瘀互结型肿瘤相关性失眠患者的护理体会。患者入院后完善护理评估，根据中医辨证分型，结合“内虚学说”的理论基础及核心治则，实施耳部按摩、耳部刮痧、耳部悬灸及耳穴贴压四法联合干预，形成“松、通、温、调”协同治疗方案，配合情志疏导与饮食起居指导。经4次治疗后，患者睡眠质量显著改善，焦虑情绪明显减轻，生活质量提高。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying a comprehensive auricular acupoint therapy based on Yu Rencun's "Internal Deficiency Theory" （nei xue shuo） in treating cancer-related insomnia in a patient presenting with liver depression and spleen deficiency complicated by phlegm-stasis interminglement. Following admission， a comprehensive nursing assessment was completed. Guided by traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and grounded in the theoretical foundation and core treatment principles of the "Internal Deficiency Theory，" a four-pronged combined intervention was implemented， comprising auricular massage， auricular scraping （gua sha）， auricular suspended moxibustion， and auricular acupoint bean-pressing therapy， thereby forming a synergistic treatment regimen characterized by "relaxation， unblocking， warming， and regulation." This regimen was supplemented by emotional counseling and guidance on daily living and dietary habits. Following four sessions of treatment， the patient's sleep quality improved significantly， anxiety symptoms were notably alleviated， and overall quality of life was enhanced.
