摘要

本文分析1例恶性肿瘤重度癌痛患者采用子午流注择时砭石疗法联合穴位贴敷配合中医辨证施护的诊疗及护理过程，通过针对性的中医外治法及综合护理干预，有效缓解患者疼痛症状，改善生活质量，降低止痛药物不良反应发生率，为临床同类病例的护理提供参考。

Abstract

This paper analyzes the diagnosis， treatment， and nursing care process of a patient with severe cancer-related pain secondary to malignant tumor， who received Midnight-Noon Ebb-Flow chronotherapy-guided Bian-stone therapy combined with acupoint application in conjunction with Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation-based nursing. Through the implementation of targeted TCM external therapies and comprehensive nursing interventions， the patient's pain symptoms were effectively alleviated， quality of life was significantly improved， and the incidence of adverse reactions associated with analgesic medications was reduced. This case provides a valuable reference for the clinical nursing management of patients with similar conditions.
