摘要

本文总结1例老年性阴道炎合并外阴白斑、外阴萎缩及外阴溃疡患者的中西医结合护理经验。患者绝经后反复出现外阴瘙痒，伴阴道后联合裂口疼痛、渗血及外阴色素脱失、皮肤增厚。护理重点包括创面量化观察、阴道用药管理、复方黄柏液湿敷联合红光照射、中药泡洗及白斑风险教育。经治疗后，患者阴道后联合溃疡由0.5 cm×2.0 cm缩小至仅余线状增厚，疼痛消失，外阴瘙痒明显减轻，提示绝经后外阴阴道复合病变的护理需兼顾抗炎、创面修复、风险管控及随访。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine （TCM） for one patient with senile vaginitis complicated by vulvar leukoplakia， vulvar atrophy and vulvar ulcer. The patient presented with recurrent vulvar pruritus after menopause， accompanied by pain and bloody oozing from fissures at the posterior vaginal commissure， as well as vulvar depigmentation and skin thickening. Key nursing priorities included quantitative wound observation， management of vaginal medication administration， wet compress with Compound Huangbai Liquid combined with red light irradiation， TCM herbal immersion and washing， and health education regarding the risks of vulvar leukoplakia. After intervention， the ulcer located at the patient's posterior vaginal commissure shrank from 0.5 cm×2.0 cm to mere residual linear thickening， with complete resolution of pain and marked alleviation of vulvar pruritus. These findings suggest that nursing care for postmenopausal combined vulvovaginal lesions should concurrently address anti-inflammation， wound repair， risk management and follow-up.
