摘要

本文总结1例瘾疹（湿热内蕴证）患者的医护一体化中医护理查房实践经验。护理人员对患者实施辨证施护，运用拔罐、走罐、闪罐及耳穴贴丸疗法有效改善患者瘙痒症状，提高其日常生活质量。通过医护联合开展中医护理查房，针对重难点内容进行讨论，共同制定护理措施。同时，通过本次护理实践，加强了医护团队间的沟通与合作，提升了整体护理水平。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the practical experience of a doctor-nurse integrated traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing ward round for a patient with urticaria diagnosed with the syndrome of internal accumulation of damp-heat. Nursing staff implemented syndrome differentiation-based nursing care for the patient， and applied cupping therapy， moving cupping， flash cupping， and auricular acupoint pellet pressing， which effectively alleviated the patient's pruritus symptoms and improved their quality of daily life. Through the collaborative doctor-nurse TCM nursing ward round， the key and challenging issues were discussed and nursing measures were jointly formulated by both physicians and nurses. Meanwhile， this nursing practice enhanced communication and cooperation within the healthcare team， and elevated the overall quality of nursing care.
