摘要

本文总结1例耳尖放血联合耳穴疗法改善高龄带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者中西医结合护理的经验。在常规护理基础上，实施以耳尖放血及耳穴贴压为主的中医特色护理，配合中药内服、针灸等中医治疗，并针对高龄患者特点实施了多重用药管理、跌倒预防等专项护理措施。干预2周后，患者NRS疼痛评分从6分降至2分，PSQI睡眠质量评分从17分降至6分，SAS焦虑评分从75分降至52分，Barthel指数从60分升至85分，未发生不良事件。表明耳尖放血联合耳穴疗法可安全有效地缓解高龄带状疱疹后遗神经痛，改善患者睡眠与情绪，值得临床借鉴推广。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western nursing care for an elderly patient with postherpetic neuralgia treated with ear apex bloodletting combined with ear acupoint therapy. Based on standard nursing care， a distinctive TCM nursing approach focusing on ear apex bloodletting and ear acupoint pressure was implemented， complemented by oral Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture treatments. Specialized nursing measures were also applied according to the characteristics of elderly patients， including multiple medication management and fall prevention. Two weeks after intervention， the patient's NRS pain score decreased from 6 to 2， PSQI sleep quality score dropped from 17 to 6， SAS anxiety score reduced from 75 to 52， and Barthel index improved from 60 to 85， without any adverse events. The results indicate that ear apex bloodletting combined with ear acupoint therapy is safe and effective in alleviating postherpetic neuralgia in the elderly， improving sleep and emotional well-being， and thus merits clinical application and promotion.
