摘要

本文总结穴位推拿联合背部拔罐疗法干预1例痰热郁肺证患儿的护理体会。基于“肺与大肠相表里”理论，遵循“肺肠同治”原则开展干预与护理，干预方案采用穴位推拿联合背部拔罐的外治方式。推拿以清肺泻热、通腑化痰为核心，拔罐选取肺俞、大肠俞为主穴，调理肺与大肠气机；护理上针对痰热郁肺证实施饮食指导、排便指导、情志安抚及家庭健康宣教，通过中医整体观与辨证施护使患儿症状得到改善，该方案充分体现了中医外治法的优势，其安全性高、患儿依从性好，值得在儿科中医护理中推广应用。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of acupoint massage combined with back cupping therapy in the intervention for a pediatric patient with phlegm-heat obstructing the lung syndrome. Guided by the classical theory of the "interior-exterior relationship between the lung and the large intestine，" the intervention adhered to the principle of "simultaneous treatment of the lung and large intestine." The regimen adopted external therapeutic approaches， including acupoint massage combined with back cupping. The massage centered on clearing lung heat， purging excess heat， and unblocking the fu organs to resolve phlegm. Cupping was applied primarily at the Feishu and Dachangshu acupoints to regulate the qi activities of the lung and large intestine. In terms of nursing care， syndrome differentiation-based measures were implemented， including dietary guidance， bowel movement instruction， emotional comfort， and family health education. Through the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） and syndrome differentiation-based nursing， the patient's symptoms were notably improved. This regimen fully demonstrates the advantages of external therapeutic approaches in TCM， featuring high safety and good compliance among pediatric patients， and is worthy of promotion and application in TCM pediatric nursing.
