摘要

本文总结1例77岁高龄、多病共存冠心病患者PCI术后的中西医结合护理经验。患者辨证为胸痹（气虚血瘀证），护理以“益气活血”为核心，融合西医常规护理与耳穴贴压、穴位贴敷、艾灸等中医特色护理技术，同时采用CBL+PBL+TBL三联教学法结合思政教育开展教学查房。经干预，患者胸闷、乏力等症状显著改善，未发生严重并发症；教学实践有效提升了护理人员的辨证施护能力及人文关怀精神。表明中西医结合护理对高龄复杂心血管疾病患者具有显著应用价值，CBL+PBL+TBL三联教学法为培养高素质护理人才提供了有效路径。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for a 77-year-old elderly patient with multiple comorbidities who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） for coronary heart disease. The patient was differentiated as chest impediment （qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome）， and the nursing care was centered on the principle of "replenishing qi and activating blood." Western conventional nursing measures were integrated with TCM-specific nursing techniques， including auricular acupressure， acupoint application， and moxibustion. Meanwhile， a triple-combined teaching approach incorporating Case-Based Learning （CBL）， Problem-Based Learning （PBL）， and Team-Based Learning （TBL）， along with ideological and political instruction， was applied to the teaching ward rounds. Following the intervention， the patient's symptoms， including chest tightness and fatigue， were significantly alleviated， with no severe complications occurring. The teaching practice effectively improved the nursing staff's ability in TCM syndrome differentiation-based nursing and their humanistic care consciousness. The findings indicate that integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing has significant application value for elderly patients with complex cardiovascular diseases， and the CBL+PBL+TBL triple-combined teaching approach provides an effective pathway for cultivating high-quality nursing professionals.
