摘要

本文总结1例运用虎符铜砭刮痧干预急性气滞血瘀型落枕的中医护理经验。以中医辨证施护为核心，依据患者病机特点，采用虎符铜砭刮痧循经刮拭颈项部核心经络与穴位，并配合个体化中医健康宣教。结果显示，患者治疗后即刻视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分由6分降至2分，颈部肌肉痉挛、僵硬症状显著缓解，颈椎屈伸、旋转活动功能明显改善。经短期随访未见复发，达到临床痊愈标准。虎符铜砭刮痧治疗气滞血瘀型急性落枕疗效确切、安全无创、起效迅速，可有效疏通颈部瘀阻经络、松解肌筋膜痉挛、改善局部气血循环、恢复颈椎正常活动功能，患者接受度与依从性高，适合临床广泛推广应用。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing experience of applying Hufu Copper Bian-stone Gua Sha for intervention in one case of acute stiff neck with qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern. Centered on syndrome differentiation-based TCM nursing， Hufu Copper Bian-stone Gua Sha was performed to scrape along the courses of key meridians and acupoints in the cervical and nuchal region according to the patient’s pathogenesis characteristics， combined with individualized TCM health education. The results showed that immediately after treatment， the patient's Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） score decreased from 6 points to 2 points； symptoms of cervical muscle spasm and stiffness were significantly alleviated， and the functions of cervical flexion， extension and rotation were markedly improved. No recurrence was observed during short-term follow-up， and the patient met the criteria for clinical cure. Hufu Copper Bian-stone Gua Sha has definite therapeutic effects on acute stiff neck with qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern， with the advantages of safety， non-invasiveness and rapid onset of action. It can effectively unblock stasis-obstructed meridians in the neck， relieve myofascial spasm， improve local qi and blood circulation， and restore normal motor function of the cervical spine. With high patient acceptance and treatment compliance， this therapy is suitable for extensive clinical promotion and application.
