摘要

本文总结1例结肠癌晚期并发肠梗阻伴多脏器转移患者的护理经验。针对患者存在的重度癌性疼痛、恶性肠梗阻、焦虑抑郁及营养失调等护理问题，实施中西医结合整体护理。通过中医辨证施膳、五音疗法、穴位贴敷及中药热奄包等中医特色护理技术，结合西医三阶梯止痛、营养支持及并发症预防等干预措施，有效缓解患者躯体症状，改善心理状态。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with advanced colon cancer complicated by malignant bowel obstruction with multiple organ metastases. In response to the major nursing problems identified in this patient， including severe cancer pain， malignant bowel obstruction， anxiety and depression， and nutritional imbalance， an integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine holistic nursing approach was implemented. TCM-specific nursing techniques， including syndrome differentiation-based dietary therapy， five-element music therapy， acupoint application， and traditional Chinese herbal hot compress， were combined with Western medicine interventions such as the three-step analgesic ladder， nutritional support， and complication prevention. These measures effectively alleviated the patient's physical symptoms and improved the psychological status.
