摘要

本文总结1例肛周坏死性筋膜炎合并糖尿病患者的中西医结合护理体会。护理人员应充分评估，加强患者疼痛护理、血糖管理、创面观察及管理、营养支持及健康教育，从而减轻患者疼痛，促进创面愈合。

Abstract

This paper summarized the experience of nursing integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for a case of perianal necrotizing fasciitis complicated with diabetes mellitus with. Nursing staff should fully evaluate and strengthen patient pain care， blood sugar management， wound management， nutritional support and education， so as to relieve patient pain and promote wound healing.
