摘要

本文总结中医护理技术艾灸干预1例盆腔炎性疾病后遗症所致经行腹痛的效果和护理经验。在完善护理评估的基础上，选取神阙穴、关元穴、子宫穴、三阴交穴，实施艾灸治疗。治疗期间加强患者生活、饮食和心理护理。干预3个疗程后，腹痛数字评分由干预前的4分降低至0分。艾灸缓解盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者经行腹痛效果明显，且简单易行，值得借鉴。

Abstract

This paper summarized the experience of moxibustion treatment and nursing for a patient with menstrual abdominal pain caused by sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease. Based on the comprehensive nursing assessment， Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing technique-moxibustion at Shenque， Guanyuan， Zigong， Sanyinjiao acupoints was implemented. Nursing interventions on daily living， dietary and mental health of the patient were also carried out. The Numerical Rating Scale （NRS） of abdominal pain decreased from 4 before intervention to 0 after three courses of treatment. The moxibustion treatment is an effective and easy-to-operate TCM technique in treating menstrual abdominal pain caused by sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.
