摘要

室颤是急性心肌梗死后常见的恶性心律失常，严重威胁患者的生命安全。本文总结1例急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死PCI术后突发室颤患者的中西医护理体会，包括早期识别、胸外按压、球囊辅助通气、医护配合、心脏电除颤、抢救等流程以及抢救成功后中西医结合护理措施的干预，有效解决了PCI术后难治性护理问题。

Abstract

Ventricular fibrillation is a common malignant arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction， which seriously threatens the life safety of patients. This report takes a patient with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction with sudden ventricular fibrillation after PCI as the research object. Key issues of early recognition， chest compressions， balloon-assisted ventilation， doctor-nurse cooperation， electrical defibrillation， rescue procedure were summarized. At the same time， the intractable nursing problem after PCI was successfully solved by the application of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing methods.
