摘要

本文总结1例进行性核上性麻痹患者的中西医护理体会。在完善护理评估和诊断的基础上，制定护理计划并实施中西医结合护理干预，包括躯体移动障碍护理、吞咽功能障碍护理、提升睡眠质量、心理护理、语言沟通障碍护理、认知功能障碍护理、预防跌倒、预防误吸、预防压力性损伤等。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for a patient with progressive supranuclear palsy. An integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing plan was made followed by the nursing evaluation and diagnosis. Comprehensive nursing interventions were carried including relieving impaired physical mobility， swallowing dysfunction， verbal communication impairment and cognition impairment， improving sleep quality and mental health， preventing falling， aspiration and pressure injuries.
