摘要

本文探讨1例老年卧床患者全身多处不同程度压力性损伤的护理经验。老年患者皮肤薄、皮下组织少、缺乏弹性，长期卧床，如果护理不当，极易导致压力性损伤的形成。患者住院期间，伤口管理小组对伤口进行动态评估，给予中西医结合换药、安全减压、营养支持以及多学科会诊处理，并在患者出院后给予门诊换药等延续护理，有效促进伤口愈合。

Abstract

This paper summarized the experience of nursing management for a bedridden elderly patient with multiple pressure injuries of different stages. The loss of subcutaneous tissue and elastic tissue are common skin conditions in the elderly patient. Long-term bedridden and improper skin care may increase the risk of pressure injuries. During the patient's hospitalization， the wound management group performed dynamic wound assessment， dressing change with integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine， safe decompression， nutritional support and multi-disciplinary consultation. The patient was given continuous nursing care such as outpatient dressing change after discharge.
