摘要

本文总结1例急性白血病合并肛周脓肿患者应用消炎坐浴方配合改良式坐便器中药熏药的护理经验和体会。主要包括消炎坐浴方的组成、改良式坐便器的优点、中药熏药的操作方法、注意事项、生活指导及心理护理等。经过一系列的干预，能够促进肛周脓肿的消肿、缓解疼痛、预防复发、提高生活质量，促进患者战胜疾病的信心。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with acute leukaemia combined with perianal abscess by applying the anti-inflammatory sitz bath formula with modified toilet seat herbal fumigation. It mainly includes the composition of the anti-inflammatory sitz bath formula， the advantages of the modified bidet， the operation method of herbal fumigation， precautions， life guidance and psychological care. After a series of interventions， it was possible to promote the reduction of perianal abscess， relieve pain， prevent recurrence， improve quality of life and promote patients' confidence in overcoming the disease.
