摘要

干眼是眼科临床最为常见的眼表疾病之一，眼部蠕形螨感染主要表现为眼表疾病。本文总结了1例眼部雷火灸联合中医雾化熏蒸治疗螨虫性干眼患者的护理经验，包括眼部雷火灸疗法、中药雾化熏蒸、睑板腺按摩、中药擦洗及常规的生活、用药、饮食和情志护理等内容，眼部雷火灸联合中医雾化熏蒸能够达到驱虫软脂，生津润燥的作用，通过辨证施护，配合针对性的护理干预，在改善患者症状，促进疾病康复方面有积极作用。

Abstract

Dry eye is one of the most common eye surface diseases in Ophthalmology， and the infection of ocular Demodex is mainly manifested as eye surface diseases. This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with dry eyes caused by mites treated by eye thunder fire moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine atomization fumigation， including eye moxibustion， Chinese medicine atomization fumigation， meibomian gland massage， Chinese medicine scrubbing and routine life， medication， diet and emotional care. Eye thunder fire moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine atomization fumigation can achieve the effect of removing insects and soft fat， generating fluid and moistening dryness. Through dialectical nursing and targeted nursing intervention， It plays an active role in improving patients' symptoms and promoting disease recovery.
