摘要

本文总结1例银屑病患者实施中西医结合治疗和护理经验。实施中药涂擦、中药熏洗等中医干预措施，结合西医光照疗法及抗过敏、止痒药物治疗和常规护理干预，并注重情志护理。中西医结合治疗，相互补充，发挥中医特色护理技术优势，能够有效减轻患者皮肤症状，缓解瘙痒不适。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a patient with psoriasis treated with the combination therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） and western medicine. The TCM interventions such as Chinese herbal medicine rubbing， Chinese herbal medicine fumigation and washing were carried out， in combination with light therapy and anti-allergy and antipruritic drugs， as well as routine nursing and emotional care. The combination of TCM and western medicine， complementing each other， gives full play to the advantages of TCM characteristic nursing technology， can effectively reduce the skin symptoms of patients and relieve itching discomfort.
