摘要

本文报告一例冠心病合并便秘的患者现活动后耐力下降，排便困难，在加强常规护理的基础上，通过实施便秘推拿联合穴位按摩，经针对性中医治疗缓解患者便秘情况，预防因便秘引起心脑血管事件意外发生，改善患者便秘的护理治疗经验。

Abstract

This paper report a case of coronary heart disease patients with constipation after activity endurance decline， defecation difficulties， on the basis of strengthening routine care， through the implementation of constipation massage combined acupuncture massage， targeted Chinese medicine treatment to relieve constipation， prevent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events caused by constipation， improve the nursing treatment experience of constipation patients.
