摘要

本文总结1例肺胀患者住院期间运用穴位贴敷、耳穴贴压、隔物灸等中医特色护理技术治疗的护理经验，包括护理评估、护理诊断、护理计划、中医特色护理技术的操作方法、注意事项以及生命体征监测、用药护理、饮食指导、情志调理、健康教育等常规护理。基于中医辨证施护理论，采用穴位贴敷、耳穴贴压、隔物灸等中医特色护理技术辅以治疗，能有效缓解肺胀患者咳嗽咳痰、喘息胸闷的症状，从而缓解病情，促进康复，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing measures for 1 case of lung distension patient treated with acupoint application， auricular acupoint pressure， partition moxibustion， including nursing evaluation， nursing diagnosis， nursing planning， Tradition Chinese Medicine（TCM） nursing technology operation method， matters needing attention and vital signs monitoring， medication nursing， diet guidance， conditioning， health education， and other routine care. Based on the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing， TCM characteristic nursing techniques such as acupoint application， auricular acupoint pressure and partition moxibustion were adopted， which could effectively relieve the symptoms of cough， expectoration and chest tightness in patient with lung distension， so as to alleviate the condition， promote rehabilitation and improve the quality of life of the patient.
