摘要
本文总结百笑灸治疗1例结直肠癌化疗患者癌症相关性疲乏症状的效果及护理经验。在情志护理、失眠护理、跌倒风险管理等常规护理基础上，通过辨证施技，采用百笑灸、穴位贴敷治疗，能够有效改善患者的乏力、恶心呕吐症状，提高患者生活质量。
Abstract
This paper summarized the effect and nursing experience of Baixiao moxibustion on cancer-related fatigue symptoms in a patient undergoing chemotherapy for colorectal cancer. In addition to routine nursing interventions on emotion， relief of insomnia and fall risk management， Bai Xiao moxibustion and acupoint application were carried out jointly under the guidance of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation. The combination of TCM nursing techniques is potentially effective to improve the patient's fatigue， nausea and vomiting symptoms， and improve the patient's quality of life.
