摘要

本文总结1例气阴两虚型干眼患者运用眼部拨筋的护理经验，通过实施眼部拨筋，患者眼干涩症状缓解，泪液分泌增加，泪膜破裂时间延长，角膜荧光染色点基本消失。中医护理技术眼部拨筋操作简单，无不良反应，舒适度较高，患者易于接受。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing experience of a patient with dry eye due to deficiency of both qi and yin who was treated by ocular tendon therapy. By ocular tendon therapy， the symptom of dry eye was relieved， tear secretion was increased and tear film rupture time was prolonged， the fluorescence staining spots of cornea disappeared basically. The Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing technique is easy to operate， has no adverse reaction， and has a high degree of comfort， which is easy to be accepted by patients.
