摘要

总结基于微信平台的五行音乐疗法结合耳针改善1例青盲患儿失眠的护理方案。利用微信平台调配20首角调音乐，依据子午流注理论播放音乐，结合耳针进行干预。五行音乐疗法结合耳针能有效改善青盲患儿失眠状况，缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪，提升睡眠质量与生活质量。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing plan for relieving the insomnia in a child with optic atrophy treated by five-element music therapy based on Wechat platform combined with auricular acupuncture. Totally 20 pieces of music based on Jiao tune were selected and uploaded to Wechat platform， and were played according to the theory of midnight-midday ebb flow. Auricular acupuncture was carried out in combination with the five-element music therapy. This method could effectively relieve the insomnia of children with optic atrophy， relieve anxiety and depression， and improve sleep quality and quality of life of the patient.
