摘要
本文总结1例高位复杂肛瘘术后患者实施中西医联合治疗护理的经验体会。术后西医给予常规护理干预、止痛、抗感染等治疗，中医根据患者的辨证分型给予中药内服及中药熏洗、中药化腐清创、耳穴压丸等中医护理措施。采用中西医结合治疗护理模式相互补充协同，能够减少肛瘘术后并发症的发生，减轻患者痛苦，加快疾病的康复。
Abstract
This article summarizes the experience of the combined treatment and nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for a patient with high complex anal fistula after operation. After operation， routine nursing intervention， analgesia， anti-infection and other western medicine treatments were carried out. According to the syndrome differentiation of the patient， Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） was given， including internal administration of TCM， TCM fumigation and washing， TCM debridement， auricular acupoint pressing and other TCM nursing measures. The use of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment and nursing model can reduce the risk of complications after anal fistula， reduce the pain and accelerate the rehabilitation of the patient.
