摘要

本文总结1例胰十二指肠切除术后伴有肺部感染危重患者的中西医结合护理经验。以“肺与大肠相表里”为理论指导，通过中药灌肠技术联合西医治疗及护理措施，使患者在恢复正常胃肠道功能的同时，肺部感染得到有效控制，病情好转由ICU转入外科病房继续治疗，数日后安全出院。中西医结合护理方法能有效减轻患者痛苦，确保治疗效果，为中医技术在危重患者中的开展拓宽了思路，值得临床借鉴推广。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing management of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine of a critically ill patient with pulmonary infection after pancreatoduodenectomy. Guided by the theory of " lung and large intestine being interior exteriorly related "， through the combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine enema technology and western medicine treatment and nursing measures， gastrointestinal function was recovered and pulmonary infection was effectively control. The patient was transferred from the ICU to the surgical ward for further treatment， and was discharged safely a few days later. The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine could reduce the pain of patient and ensure the clinical treatment effect. It may also broaden the thinking for the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine technology for critically ill patients， and is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
