摘要
丹毒作为常见的皮肤感染疾病，中西医治疗与护理侧重与优劣各不相同。本文通过总结1例湿热毒蕴型丹毒伴皮肤广泛损伤患者的中西医结合、内外合治的护理要点，包括运用中医辨证对患者进行放血疗法、中药外敷、辨证施膳等护理措施的落实，现代医学中的皮肤损伤护理理念与方案，为此类患者的中西医结合治疗与护理提供一定经验与实践基础。
Abstract
Erysipelas as common skin infection diseases， traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy and nursing and the advantages and disadvantages on each are not identical. This article summarized the experience of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment for a patient with damp-heat accumulation type erysipelas with extensive damage of skin. Bloodletting therapy， Traditional Chinese Medicine external treatment， diet nursing by syndrome differentiation and interventions based on concept and scheme of skin injury nursing in modern medicine were carried out. The aim of this study is to provide reference for clinical practice of integrative treatment and nursing.
