摘要
本文总结1例腰背肌筋膜炎患者应用循筋解结走罐特色技术干预的护理经验。以中医“经筋”理论及解剖学的“肌筋膜”理论为基础，在十二正经及十二条肌筋膜链中循“筋”，初步判定因疼痛约束活动的肌肉、肌腱。通过中医手法手摸心会的技巧或结合二维超声叠加弹性技术找“筋结”，在肌腹、肌腱联合及骨附着处寻找到压痛部位存在的肌筋膜触发点，精准定位。解“结”时。通过辨证施术，有针对性的改变走罐的力量、速度，松解“筋结“”，从而达到缓解疼痛、改善功能的目的。循筋解结走罐法能有效缓解腰背肌筋膜炎患者疼痛症状，值得临床参考。
