摘要

总结1例子宫恶性肿瘤终末期安宁疗护患者的临床叙事护理经验。运用叙事护理的理念、知识和技能，对1例子宫恶性肿瘤末期安宁疗护患者进行护理，帮助患者症状控制，提供舒适照护，解决躯体问题，提供心理支持；评估灵性需求，采取尊严疗法和意义疗法，提供灵性照护；尊重患者的自主决策权，谈论预先医疗照护计划，指导家属有效参与护理。将叙事护理的理念应用到临床实践中，为终末期患者提供身、心、社、灵全方位的照护，最终实现患者善终、善别和家属的善生，为安宁疗护的开展提供借鉴。

Abstract

To summarize the clinical narrative nursing experience of a patient with terminal stage uterine cancer undergoing hospice care. Using the concept， knowledge and skills of narrative nursing， a patient with uterine malignant tumor in the terminal stage of hospice care was nursed to help the patient control symptoms， provide comfortable care， solve physical problems and provide psychological support； Assess spiritual needs， adopt dignity therapy and meaning therapy， and provide spiritual care； Respect the patient's independent decision-making power， talk about the advance medical care plan， and guide the family members to participate in nursing effectively. The concept of narrative nursing is applied to clinical practice to provide all-round physical， mental， social and spiritual care for end-stage patients， and ultimately achieve a good ending， good separation and good life for family members， providing reference for the development of hospice care.
