摘要
总结中西医结合肺康复治疗1例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重（AECOPD）患者的效果和护理体会。在完善康复评估的基础上，采用中西医结合肺康复的干预方法，包括穴位贴敷、游走罐、耳穴贴压、呼吸导引操、有氧训练等。治疗后患者临床症状、6 min步行距离、慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试（CAT）评分和肺功能均有改善。中西医结合肺康复训练能够提高AECOPD患者的运动耐力和生存质量，改善呼吸困难的症状，对改善疾病预后具有重要的作用。
Abstract
This paper summarized the effect of pulmonary rehabilitation combined with integrated Traditional Chinese and western medicine on a case of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （AECOPD）. Based on the rehabilitation evaluation， integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine interventions for pulmonary rehabilitation were carried out， including acupoint application， moving cupping therapy， auricular point sticking and pressing， breathing exercise and aerobic exercise. Clinical symptoms， six-minute walk distance， CAT score， and pulmonary function improved after treatment. Pulmonary rehabilitation training combined with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can improve the exercise endurance and quality of life of the patient with AECOPD， improve the symptoms of dyspnea， and play an important role in improving the prognosis of the disease.
