摘要
本文总结１例维持性血液透析患者透析后疲乏的中医护理措施。在护理评估的基础上，进行中医辨证分型，针对透析后疲乏开展艾灸（固元悬灸）、耳穴贴压、运耳术、中医养身功法等中医护理适宜技术，并且将“住院-门诊-居家”三位一体有机结合，实现疾病治疗康复延续性护理，挥发中医护理技术在慢性疾病康复中的重要作用，取得了显著效果。
Abstract
This paper summarizes the TCM nursing measures for a maintenance hemodialysis patient with fatigue after dialysis . On the basis of nursing evaluation， TCM syndrome differentiation is carried out，and moxibustion （Guyuan suspension moxibustion）， ear point pressing， ear transportation，Traditional Chinese medicine body work method and other appropriate TCM nursing techniques are developed for the fatigueafter dialysis， in addition， the "inpatient-outpatient and home" three methods are organically combined to realize the continuous nursing of disease treatment and rehabilitation， and volatilize the important role of TCM nursing technology in the rehabilitation of chronic diseases， and have achieved remarkable results
