摘要

本文总结1例多学科诊疗（MDT）模式下终末期胃癌患者的护理经验，通过制定肿瘤护理计划，开展造口师护理、肿瘤专科护理、静疗专科护理、营养师的护理以及叙事专科护士的人文关怀护理等多学科护理干预，为患者提供更有效，更快速，更专业，更全面化的护理，节约患者的诊疗时长，有效缩短患者在院时间，节约患者就医成本，促进多学科间协作，提高各个专科护理人员的专业知识以及各学科间协调性合作性，从而达到提高肿瘤患者带瘤生存质量。

Abstract

This paper discusses the nursing process under the multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment （multidisciplinary team MDT） nursing mode of a patient with intestinal metastasis of gastric cancer， By developing an oncology care plan， patient received professional ostomy nursing， oncology nursing， static therapy nursing， dietitian care， humanistic Care and nursing of narrative specialty nurses. The aim of implementation of MDT is to provide a more effective， professional and comprehensive care， save the length of the diagnosis and treatment， effectively shorten the length of stay， and save the medical cost of the patient. The MDT is effective to promote the interdisciplinary collaboration， improve the professional knowledge and coordination and cooperation among disciplines， so as to improve the quality of life of tumor patients.
