摘要

本文总结中药热奄包联合穴位贴敷治疗1例膝痹病患者的护理经验，包括护理评估、操作方法、方药组成、穴位选择、常规护理及中医特色护理。基于中医辨证施护的理论指导，采取中药热奄包联合穴位贴敷并辅以护理措施，能有效改善膝痹患者临床症状，降低患者疼痛水平，促进患者膝关节功能的恢复。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） hot package combined with acupoint application on a patient with knee arthralgia， including nursing evaluation， operation methods， prescription and drug composition， acupoint selection， psychological care， diet care and other routine care items. Based on the theoretical guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing， the combination of TCM and acupoint application with nursing measures can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with knee arthralgia， reduce the pain level of patients， and promote the recovery of patients' knee joint function.
