摘要

本文总结1例重症ARDS伴严重腹胀的患者中西医护理体会，通过运用连续肾脏替代疗法（CRRT）、呼吸支持疗法、捏脊疗法、耳穴压豆等中西医结合护理，发挥协同作用，能有效改善患者腹胀程度。

Abstract

To analyze the clinical application value of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medical nursing measures in the treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome（ARDS） patient with severe abdominal distension. The integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing group used continuous renal replacement therapy （ CRRT ）， respiratory support therapy， chiropractic therapy， auricular pressure beans and other treatment methods to care patients， and evaluated the changes of vital signs and the improvement of abdominal distension during this period. The combination of Chinese and Western medicine nursing mode， can play a synergistic effect， enhance the treatment effect and better the abdominal distension of patients with severe ARDS.
