摘要

本文总结1例输注喹诺酮类药物引发药物超敏反应致暴发性1型糖尿病合并系统性血管炎患者的中西医结合护理经验。在密切观察患者病情变化的基础上，采用综合措施控制血糖、皮肤护理、饮食指导、运动指导、口服中药指导，心理护理等干预措施。此外，加强健康教育，教会患者识别低血糖症状，积极配合治疗及护理，增强机体抵抗力，提高生活质量。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of integrated Traditional Chinese and western medicine for a patient with fulminant type 1 diabetes mellitus combined with systemic vasculitis. On the basis of closely observing the changes of patients' conditions， comprehensive measures were adopted to control blood sugar， skin care， diet guidance， exercise guidance， oral Traditional Chinese Medicine guidance， psychological care and other intervention measures. In addition， efforts were made to strengthen health education， teach patients to identify the symptoms of hypoglycemia， actively cooperate with treatment and nursing， enhance the body resistance and improve the quality of life of the patient
