摘要

本文总结一例左股骨骨折术后合并右肺炎高龄患者不可分期压力性损伤的护理经验。通过对患者压力性损伤的创面进行清创和换药护理，并从体位指导、皮肤、心理、营养支持等方面进行综合护理，患者压力性损伤明显好转。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of an elderly patient with non-stageable stress injury after left femur fracture complicated with right pneumonia. Through the wound debridement and dressing change nursing， and from the postural guidance， skin， psychological， nutritional support and other aspects of comprehensive care， the patient's stress injury significantly improved.
