摘要

本文总结1例复杂性肛瘘术后癃闭患者行梅花针技术治疗的护理体会，从梅花针技术的操作流程、注意事项、常规护理等方面总结护理经验，在中医辨证施护理论指导下，采取针对性措施，患者癃闭症状明显改善。

Abstract

This paper reviewed the nursing care of a patient with postoperative urinary retention of complicated anal fistula treated by plum-blossom needle technique. nursing experience was summerized from the aspects of operational processes， precautions and routine nursing of plum blossom needle technique. Under the guidance of the theory of syndrome differentiation and nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine， targeted measures were carried out to relieve the symptoms of urinary retention.
