本文

总结1例碘伏湿敷联合蕲艾温和灸治疗经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管（PICC）穿刺点重度感染的护理要点。穿刺点处予以碘伏湿敷；中医护理特色技术蕲艾温和灸加强抗炎、抑菌、止痛效果；白色蝶形固定翼三明治法与弹力绷带加强固定预防导管脱出。患者PICC导管穿刺点感染得到及时有效控制，且未发生导管脱出。碘伏湿敷联合蕲艾温和灸可及时、有效控制PICC穿刺点重度感染，恢复导管功能，提高患者满意度，但需要进一步通过随机对照研究证实。
